Finally the sun is out and we can all enjoy a few Ray's of sunshine, sitting in our gardens, your local park or wherever you may be.
My thoughts are already turning towards balmy summer evenings and inviting family and friends over to enjoy a little outdoor living with us.
I for one love the wicker trays and dome sets, we are selling at Capture the Castle. I line the tray with baking foil, if I place cakes, cheeses or cold meats on the tray. Keeps it all nice and clean. No washing up, simply take the foil of and discard. Very shabby chic! We never dine outside without one of our very own, vintage inspired napkin holders. So useful ....not just on a windy day.
Of course we mustn't forget a little refreshment. Here is one of my favourite summery tipple
1 part limoncello
1 part raspberry liquor
Top up with your favourite prosecco
Add some colour by dropping in a few fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint, and enjoy !
