Capture the Castle always strives to offer you the best service and to ensure that you are happy with the products purchased from us. We try to ensure that the description and specification of our products are accurate. We ask our customers to remember that handmade or natural products may have slight variations from the pictures or description supplied. The difference will be slight and we believe add to their unique character.
We aim to keep most items in stock, however, should stock levels be low we will inform you at the time of purchase and you will be given the option of a full refund or a later delivery date.
Payment must be received and cleared before delivery is made. Goods remain the property of Capture the Castle until paid in full.
We hope that all items are received in good order, but if there are any problems then please notify us by telephone or in writing within 3 days of receipt and refunds will be made after goods are returned to us in the original packaging within seven days. The return of goods is our customers responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of Capture the Castle. Refunds will only be given on damaged and faulty goods. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will assess each case on an individual basis an issue a credit note accordingly.
Prices of our goods are as accurate as possible, but on very rare occasions errors occur and we reserve the right to change prices without notice. However, we will inform you before processing your transaction.

We will not pass your personal details on to any third parties and your financial information will be securely destroyed. We may from time to time inform you of offers and promotions at Capture the Castle.
